Today, the official end of Holidays of the Mirabelle with the parade of tanks full of flowers and decorated on the topic of trip.

Yesterday evening, in Metz, an exceptional show took place in terms of water, to close Holidays of the Mirabelle. (You can extend all photos of a click.)

First, a big concert, with messin Izarry, artist, in first part, then Calogero, which gave to this occasion the last concert of tour Apple C, after one year on the roads of France.

More than 40.000 persons were in appointment, them some more for concert, others for pyrotechnic show, very waited every year.

We had preferred arriving from 19 h, to put us facing the cathedral, to enjoy show, and to watch at light declining on Metz (to Read continuation …)

As I had before announced it to you, this weekend is held 5èmes days of Basketry and of Jobs of Art in Gerbéviller.

The weather forecast encouraging in walk, we went there in the afternoon.

As part of the park of the castle of Gerbéviller the tents are in a line where display the artisans.

An exceptional event in Metz to enclose Holidays of the Mirabelle: show fisherman de Lune.

The audience will discover an aesthetic show and a féérique, artistic and technical, who contacts small and big, adults and children. During about one hour, he will take place in air, above the public, who will have only to raise eyes and to be allowed to take by the magic of show.

Created for the 400th birthday of the city of Dresden, this show was also played in Annecy in July, 2007, and in Kiev in March, 2008. (Read continuation …)

Having told you tournament and troubadours, I wanted to reserve a special place for the show of falconry, because it interested us all and impressed us, of the youngest in the biggest.

By arriving at the castle, we could first acquaint ourselves with the different birds of the company Free Flight, while they were still on their perches, in their tent, after what we found them during a demonstration, between fire-eaters and battles of knights.

Today, sports exit for all family with children, cousin and Mamimic (my mom). Direction zones her multi-acitivités of Amnéville and the Park Adventures for an accrobranche session.

Only two teenagers have already tested. It is therefore a big novelty for six other members of the group, among whom some people besides do not make the proud, from the first training (to walk on a tense thread.)

However, we are very confident in the equipment and also accepted a quick and definite briefing on left luggage offices of security.

We split into two groups: The group “teenagers and husband” will follow the purple circuit ("between heaven and earth ") accessible to 12 years and more, then the orange circuit principally composed of Tyroliennes (”Flight above trees”). For us (the youngest, Mamimic, and I), it will be green circuit (”As a bird on the branch”). While the medieval holiday of Rodemack occupied the whole village and its castle, multiplying stalls, taverns and shows like a market town in holiday in the Middle Ages, the medieval holiday of Sierck August 24th, 2008) was concentrated on the contrary within the castle, and was meant to be more centered on holiday in the castle, with troubadours, fire-eaters, and knights' tournament.

A space delimited by ropes was therefore reserved for the shows which began on Sunday at 13 h. We comfortably became established on the slope and waited for the first show It left for the jonglage, with bullets, then knives, show assured by a couple of madmen. When my teenagers were more young people, I wanted to search the boutiques of toys in search of games at once original, solid and aesthetic. Of course, as every teacher, I also searched there an educational side and often favoured parlour games for doubles them pedagogic interest (often games of counting) and social (to learn rules, to wait for its turn to play, to agree to lose.). But, I however liked a game is nice (I know, it is very subjective!), pleasing to the touch, and resistant to usage. That's how I often entered, when I thought it on my way, in boutiques of wooden toys, was attracted by the windows which were packed with dollhouses or with coloured motives. (Read continuation …). Mais, j’aimais aussi qu’un jeu soit beau (je sais, c’est très subjectif !), agréable au toucher, et résistant à l’usage. C’est ainsi que j’entrais souvent, quand j’en trouvais sur mon chemin, dans des boutiques de jouets en bois, attirée par les vitrines qui regorgeaient de maisons de poupées ou de mobiles colorés.
